I could not get the device to show up in Mac OS 10 Finder at all, rendering the product useless to me. This would have been good to know beforehand.
Well what can I say. If it there were a zero star I would give it that. Dead in the box upon receipt. Did not work at all. Read the very poorly written instructions with no help. Had to do some research online to find out more information. 1. charge device for 45 min (would not charge), 2. reset device (did, still no luck), 3. replace USB cable with another (I did with a known working cable.nope naddah), 4. Install memory the micro san and repeat (nope still nothing). reformatted the card and tried again, once I put the memory card in for the second time, it jammed inside and would not come out. This thing is a peace of junk, dont waist your money, horrible quality control. AMAZON remove this low quality item from your inventory please. Oh and I forgot to mention that I paid $21 for it and a week later AMAZON reduced the price to $10. Guess no refund for me.
