The performance is great. However, the directions for erasures is not clear enough (for this old lady).

Hope you can improve this for other new users.

I was looking for as simple a recorder I could find for my elderly mother, no bells and whistles, a larger display for reading and larger buttons for ease of use. This item filled all those requirements!

Hard to figure out how to delete some messages, and to remember them after you finally found a way to do this. Clumsy. Records well but still not sure whether I punch down the rec button once and/or hold it down or toggle it or what.
