Bought this to convert sections of a VHS tape to digital. It starts just fine, then the software that comes with it locks up the computer every time. Worthless!

For the price of the product it's pretty good. I wasn't expecting too much from it, but I would say it did exceed my expectations. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I think the minimum system requirements need to be higher. But other than that I'm satisfied with it.

This device works fine for transferring files from VHS tapes to digital format. The RCA cables work good, but the S-Video hookup does not work.
