I ordered this for my mom. We had gone to WalMart and bought one, but it was so cheaply made I took it back. My mom loves this one. The sound quality is great and the buttons push like their supposed to. And it's not complicated. She learned what buttons to push right off. My mom is in her 80's. I'd never heard of this brand before, so was a little worried. But the one I bought before was a Sony and you had to hold the whole machine down to get a button to catch. Thanks again Amazon for a great product. I won't worry about buying the NAXA brand again. Oh and the radio on this thing is great. I haven't had a radio play this clear in a long time. And I live in the hills lol. Highly recommend. The CD, tape and radio all play great.

Bought the product to take on camping trips, etc., as it will run on batteries. Styling is attractive, price higher than average but reasonable. First thing I noticed upon unpacking is the wind-up area for the cord was broken off the back and the broken piece was not present meaning it was packaged in a broken state. Fired it up and sound is so-so stereo. Second time I tried to tune in a station the tuning dial stopped working making it impossible to change/find stations. Now I'm kinda understanding why I've never heard of NAXA before.

The item arrived on time and in good working condition. This system is awesome, its small enough to place in any room yet loud enough to listen to through the whole house.

I bought this for my office and works great... just a couple of suggestions that can improve this item. It is hard for me to tune in the channels or adjust the volume...the knob needs to be easier to turn or maybe larger would help. The sound is great and love the detachable speakers. Good product for the pricewould recommend
