Camera works fine, but when i noticed that the time was running 8 minutes and then re-setting I called for support. I explained the problem and gave my email address and was told they would send info on how to return unit so they could repair it. Never heard from them again!
the product is suppose view up to 30' clearly, it does not. trying to view the pictures or videos it takes for ever there is no auto scan for viewing the picture or videos. it was very easy to set up once you put your power source in. if they clear up the picture and video for that distance and change the scanning of picture and video it will be a great product.
