I bought this when my youngest daughter was 2.5 yrs old, she is now 3yrs old. She has a tv/DVD in her room to help her fall asleep (no comments about that, I hated the idea but she never slept well except when she slept in my room with the TV so I tried it in her room & it worked miracles! She is my only child out of 3 that has her own TV) she kept messing with the buttons in front of the tv to change the volume or turn it on or off & hit the wrong button & mess something up & I saw this & thought it could work... Let's see if it does!!! Well we haven't had any problems with her hitting the wrong buttons anymore since I taught her what buttons on the new kid remote to hit. She can press play for her DVD, stop it & pause her DVD... It works great & I'm so glad i bought this!! I reccomend this gibu
I purchased this item for my 80 yr old mother; who suffered a stroke 8 yrs ago. She loves to watch DVDs but got confused with 3 remotes; 1 for the TV, 1 for the DVD and 1 for the Cable box. I purchased 3 other "universal" remotes before finding this one. Now she has 1 remote for the cable box/TV and the Weemote for the DVD. It works perfectly!!! I even called the company with 1 question I had and they called me back the same day-my plumber doesn't even do that! Great, great product!!!

Excellent for what it is. I couldn't figure out how to program the buttons individualy, but the codes for our DVD player worked to program it
