Customer Service was fabulous from Olympus! Owning an Olympus VN 2100pc since 2006, I needed help with software, transferring the recorded messages to my PC, and the updates. Customer service helped me with every step!When using my recorder on LP I need to have the recorder very close to the subject talking. For classes I use SP with it on the teachers desk. I love my recorder!
