Product did not perform as well as expected; Philips manufacturer specs/description not comprehensive enough to make informed decision before purchase. However, Zalmar was excellent in handling the return in a prompt, accommodating, and courteous manner. I highly recommend Zalmar service based on my experience with them. Also as usual, Amazon was also consistent with their excellent customer service commitment and refund policy.
