The remote works well, but only when using the CD / USB, NOT when using the radio or cassette.
Also, the radio does not digitally tune and does not store presets.
The price was right (purchased refurbished) to replace our old unit and give us MP3 player capability.

Well, about the only thing that works on this player is the aux input. The CD player worked for about 5 cds then stopped recognizing the discs entirely. The reception on the radio, no matter which station, is horrible and because it's digital keeps drifting off the station so I can't even use it as a radio. You'd be wise to spend your money on something else. The product looks nice, and does the job. I bought this just as a sound source to connect it to external speakers and it works. As expected, the output using the headphones jack is very weak. The remote will not turn the device on and off. Sound quality is less than expected. But again, the item looks nice and you have various audio sources available.Want Supersonic SC-767 MP3/CD Player with AUX Inputs, Cassette Recorder & AM/FM Radio Discount?
I received this player and at first everything seemed to work fine. Then, after only 2 days (!), the CD Player stopped working. Tape is still fine, but whatever CD I put in, the player does not recognize! Very frustrating.I am happy with this product. I especially wanted the cassette part and it works well. CD player also very good. It is a good size, not too big. Remote a bit iffy but I don't really need it.
