I bought this unit and fortunately had the seller program it for me. While it is sold to home owners, end users, my experience trying to figure out how to install the components and then verify / change some programming proved to be very time consuming and in teh case of programming changes not really possible. Too many terms are not clear what they mean or how they effect operation!Honeywell components seem very good but I would suggest you download the User Guide and Programming Guides first if you plan to do any programming or installation yourself.
