We got this item to replace the 16ch DVR we have. Expecting that this device will provide high-performance in all aspects. Especially we we looking good performance when we play record video in fast-forward mode, it was performing poorly. May be the item we got was defective but anyway it did not provide expected performance. However, I should admit that in terms of functionality that it provides, it is a great product.
