Philips LFH9375/27 Digital Voice Recorder 9375 with SpeechExec

I ordered this dictation recorder through Amazon from J.&R. music. I can't say enough good things about J. & R. I've ordered several items from them over the past few years and have been pleased. I ended up returning this recorder. It's an excellent recorder but doesn't have a slide switch. It has a rocker switch instead which is easy to use but doesn't allow one to easily rewind to record over what you've dictated for editing. I thought this feature was not fully explained in the product advertising so ended up returning it buying a slide switch model for more money. I had no problems at all with J&R doing the return. The recorder has some good features such as recording in the MP3 format. It seems like a quality piece of equipment

We have used these in the past and have ordered three and will be orderind more as needed. We would highly recommend this recorder.

The speechecex software that comes with the dictaphone has very low compatibility with OSX despite announcement of philips about new mac compatible software .
