I bought this TV when it was on sale for my friend who was only using a 19inch crt TV.It was definitely a good upgrade when compared to a 19in CRT..
as far as LCD TV's go...it's OK.
Picture quality is fair(not bad), Sound quality is mediocre.
The volume setting is messed up though. When you increase the volume, it will go up til a certain point and won't get any louder. I would recommend using an external speaker system. Maybe hook this tv up to a stereo or media center unit.
What is kind of weird though is..this TV says it supports up to 720p but I was able to connect my computer through HDMI with up to 1080p resolution.
and the HDMI ports do accept video AND audio HDMI cables. (older HDMI connections only support video).
Since I got it on sale, I feel like this was a good purchase.
I probably would get something else better if it is at retail price.
