I received this packaged very well, easy to have up and going in 20 seconds and it works well. Radio reception is tricky, but I attritube that to living in the country rather than the radio...to fix this we attached an extra length of antenae cord to the one provided and ran it through the window. Nice compact size and good sound. Really easy to use. One downfall is that the remote that comes with it is ONLY for the CD but I don't really care.

When I received this product the table had a wobble which caused certain record to skip. I tried adjusting the table and must have knocked one of the pulleys or gears loose because it stopped turning all together. I contacted the vendor and returned the product for repair. After about 2 months they finally returned it to me, having fixed the gear or pulley but the table still had a large wobble causing records to skip. After the long wait and having paid for the return shipping I was a little upset. At this point they agreed to pay for the second return shipping and fix the wobble properly. I am still waiting for the return. Overall I am disappointed they did not fix the wobble the first time. But their customer service responded quickly when they saw their mistake and I was appeased by their offer to cover the return shipping the second time.

All in all, this is not a quality product. It looks very nice though. I would guess that most of them do not have this problem, but I can only give feedback from my experience.

Very attractive cabinet. Might not be the greatest sound possible, but for my small living room this is working very well. I love the compactness. Everyday I listen to the radio while cooking....I recommend for anyone who likes retro look and would like the capability of hearing their LPs

I actually had purchaed this item before, but the cd player always stops working. On this particular one it never worked at all. But it has a turntable which I use too often to let it go.

If ur lookin to get good sound quality outta this thing, don't buy it. Has a 19w amp pushing the two lil speakers, and no expandability .
