- LCD display
- 8 hours of playback with AAA battery

- 7 EQ modes
- Voice Record function
Copying files onto the player is very easy, you remove the cap from one end of the player and plug in the connector hidden by the cap into a USB port. The player comes with a disk with drivers, but they are not necessary under Windows XP the computer recognizes the player as an external flash drive.
The player is reasonably small, a little under 4" long (98 mm), 1.25" wide (30 mm) and 3/4" thick (20 mm). It is certainly not the smallest player on the market, but it would still fit almost anywhere.
The player has a built-in FM radio and a voice recorder, but I have not used them.
The is one huge advantage of this player over almost all other ones and that is that it runs from an AAA battery. Not only the battery life is huge (I was able to run it probably for 20-25 hours before it ran out), but it is also very easy to swap the battery. I find it very advantageous on long transcontinental flights. Those of us who occasionally have to travel long distances will definitely appreciate this feature which almost all other player lack.My children got these from my father a few years ago as Christmas presents. They love them. I have to say that this is DEFINITELY THE BEST MP3 PLAYER FOR YOUNG KIDS that ever was. Most young kids don't need a lot of memory for their songs, which mine certainly don't. But what impressed me about this is last week one of my kids left his in his pocket and it went through the wash! Now for most MP3's that would be it, dead. This one amazingly turned on no problems and played with no issue! The display was whacky but after it dried out it now works like nothing ever happened to it. I know iPods are all the thing but for my young kids, ages 13-10 and received them when they were ages 9-6 these are the best money my dad ever spent on his grandkids!
