This is my first mp3 player. I wanted something inexpensive to try out. It's very easy to use and I only paid $30 for mine. But once you get the hang of it you will want something a little more advanced. But beware, my light went out in about a month and the earplugs were uncomfortable, I bought new ones.

I got this for free from mycokerewards, rewards program. It doesn't have the best playback, but it is not that bad. What I mean by this is that some of the musical detail seemed to be lost, when I ripped the songs from cd to mp3 format. However, for a cheap product, I think it's pretty good. The only beef I have with it is that it seems the battery isn't rechargable, and it says you only get 10 hours out of the battery. Unless I can purchase a longer lasting battery or charge it in some unknown way, I will not use it. I am not willing to keep paying for batteries. However, I have not had the technical problems others seem to have had.

there are three peices that fly off and get lost. the battery lasts for about 20 minutes and its shorts itself off. Do your self a favor and stay away.
