Transcend Information 8 GB Micro SDHC10 (TS8GUSDC10)

The card arrived today in retail packaging. As advertised though, it does not come with a little plastic storage box or SD card adapter. I inserted the card into a spare SD card adapter and installed into the card reader in my laptop. Using ATTO Disk Benchmark (see additional uploaded picture), I tested the card's read/write speeds. It appears to be a genuine Class 10 microSD card with consistent write speeds above 10 MB/s for all writes above 128 KB. The read speeds are pretty amazing as well (generally 10-23 MB/s).

I'm using it in my Samsung Galaxy Player WiFi 5.0 and so far it works very well. This is my third Transcend flash purchase over the past several years and I have, thus far, never had any problems.

This product didn't have many reviews but like someone else said, since the review were all positive, I took the risk and bought it. Amazon reviews did not disappoint! I also bought it from a 3rd party Amazon seller: The Upgrade Place. Their shipping was fast and the product was as described.

The card works great in my Samsung Galaxy S III. I also tested it using an app called SDCardTester verifying that the card is indeed a class 10 card, refer to picture. I've had my old Transcend card for over 4 years now and it's still working really well. I decided to stick with Transcend card again for the upgrade, so far I am not disappointed.
