I saw this camera at Radioshack on sale, so I bought it. Two days after my purchase it wouldn't turn on. I went back to Radioshack and got it replaced. a week later, I was able to record one event. two days after that, I took the camera to record a construction site near our house, and The screen froze.Pros:
cheap
simple
SD slot
Cons:
Uses up batteries quickly
-> needs at least half batteries to turn on.
Freezes
Requires an SD card (not included)
Conclusion: Cheap camera; expect one good use out of it. I recommend you don't buy it. If you do, keeps lots of extra batteries, and an extra memory card.I got this for $30 and it was well worth it. In 7 months I have had no issues with it. We have a really nice video recorder also but with this one I can directly upload videos to youtube with it which is what I got it for. The other camera all the videos have to be down converted to lower quality and smaller file seize to upload anywhere on the web. I use it to record band practice sessions. Video reviews and my RC car races, etc. Works great for me.

I purchased this video camera for my 10 year old daughter for Cristmas. The quality of this product is very cheaply made. It might last a week with her. However she seems to love it.Read Best Reviews of Vivicam DVR-560 PINK 5.1MP Digital Video Recorder with 1.8-inch LCD Screen Here
