Vivitar DVR910 8.1MP 720P High-Definition Digital Video Camera

I thought this item (how ignorant of me) that was to be a descent camcorder especially for it's size. It does not handle movement very well and video is very compressed or fragmented not coming close to a descent 720P resolution. Forget about recording anything indoors in with ample lighting, it just will not record properley indors unless you use flood lights inside even in daylight. If your events are outside durring the day no problem but indoors it sucks. What really surprised me was being lied to by the supplier of a full refund, they did not do this but partially refunded my total purchase price. Electronics Expo as a supplier can not be trusted with what they say over the phone and it is a shame I have to say this but DONT BUY FROM THEM people, they lie.

This item is not what i expected. The photo images are not crystal clear and you have to do a LOT of this and thats to get a half way clear pic out of it! The video option is much better than the photo. You have to go through entirely too much with the options to not have a crystal clear picture in the end. The images will become easily blurred when taking pictures, even with image stabilizer on. But i guess you cant expect perfection with the price its being sold for.

Video and audio really wasn't any good. Had to yell for the thing to understand me. Pics where pretty good. I recommend this for kids only really. If you want something good just spend more money and buy a better one.

Got one for Christmas last year. The .AVI files would not load to video software. Always got error. After a while of not using it, when I tried again, it would not turn on. Got a replacement. New replacement always goes to startup every time I turn the camera on. Cannot turn sound off (although it did turn off the first time I used it). The software that comes with it is disappointing. I wouldn't spend money on this item.

I purchased this item, had to return it from not working properly. Got another one and it was worse than the first one. So ended returning both and baught a sony for alittle more money instead and it was a 100 times better.
