Got the system before delivery date and was happy with that. Set everything up and had no trouble with it whatsoever. Had to set two of the camera's about one hundred and fifty feet away from the house, therefore, had to order extra cable. Did not loose any signal. Everything looks and works good. I am very satisfied with the system.
Camera system set up fine and worked right away. Networking it was a tad tricky, but I found the Zmodo online tutorial to be very helpful. Got it all working fine, and now can watch all cameras from my phone or any computer. Definitely bang for the buck on this system.

The company was very accomodating. They were out of stock on my original item, they gave me 2 choices to upgrade at no cost. They communicated with me very quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. The system plugged right in. I have upgrade 2 of the cameras to higher resolution for better night vision. For an entry level system it is great.

It took some time to hook it all up and run the wires but I like trying new things. Everything seems to be holding up so far and the camera quality is pretty good for what your paying. I feel safer having it around and it is nice to check on things from my laptop. I have to admit per other reviews it was tough to get a hold of tech support with questions at first but when they called back they were very nice, very patient and very knowledgeable about their product. I had some trouble figuring the network set-ups so I had tech support take over my machine and it was done it about 15-20 mins tops. I would recommend calling and leaving a message or emailing to have then call you to set-up a time to talk or take over your machine. Very happy with this purchase!
