the DVU 105 is a far cry from the DVU 104... less useful options and in my opion should be in the 5 doller useless kunker department .... but if you look up a 104 you get this hunk of junk as the new and improved 194... its not!!

I got this USB DVR installed. I connected four cameras to help resolve an issue in the office. At the beginning it does not work either. After contacting the customer service, I got it working. I connected the USB device before installation and then reloaded the program. For an inexpensive item it did have several features.

This item is definitely NOT what I thought or was led to believe it was. From the description, I thought it was the camera but it really is only the link from 4 cameras to a computer NOT what I wanted. Now I have to figure out how to return it & get my money back.
