Mini Video Hidden Car Key Camera Dvr Car Key Chain Camera

I purchased this camera to mount on a model rocket. Directions are not written well in English, but with some trial and error was able to figure it out. Seems 2 buttons on the rear of the case do not seem to be used; directions do not describe their function. Does anyone know how to prevent the date/time from being added to the picture/video?

This is the first one of these little DVRs that I have used that actually was successful in setting the date and time per the instructions.

I use it on model and high-power rockets, and performs beautifully.

I am planning on using it for a high-altitude balloon, and wish it had just a bit more battery life, but I may supply power to it for that flight. An 8 GB card should hold a big enough file.
