The item I received is NOT the item that is depicted in the photo shown... I need a monitor that has a swivel or ball mount as shown. The one I got has a hindge mount... And I haven't tested this thing to see if it works because there's no way I can use this... I think I'm just going to send it back...

UpdateI found another way to mount this thing in my vehicle so I have nothing more to complain about. It works and has a pretty good picture too... Not a bad buy for the price... I just hope it lasts a while... Only gave it 3 stars because of the advertising issue and sorry customer service I received from the seller...
