There is no support for it. The user manual is useless There is no way to create a play list, but the sound quality is great. The touch screen is way too slow. I have had the Cowon for approximately 1 month and it has malfunctioned approximately 10 times.

I thought I had a good product but it froze up on me. I got the Cowon because it was the only one with 120gb and a Fm transmitter. I had to return it so I only got a good week out of the product. Can't Say I would recommend This product cause I didn't have it long enough.

I was excited to get the device because I had heard good things about the audio quality, but after getting the product I have had nothing but issues. The touch screen is awful, the operating system is bug ridden and clunky, setting up playlists is so cumbersome and unintuitive that it's a chore to get one set. The final straw for me is that I let the battery drain and now the device won't power back on after days of recharging. I don't know who thought that was an acceptable thing for a portable player to do but they should likely be fired. After some extensive reading I have found that all cowon devices are just as terrible. AVOID COWON PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS, you will regret it if you don't.
