Item was received well packaged and within 2 days from shipper! Product is small, works well (so far) and had good instructions. Video quality is perfect for what I need (actually really good video). I was nervous initially, but the product works as described. The windshield mount is strong and there is plenty of cord for the power (helps to hide the cord).

Good product so far...great experience with the seller!

Everything is good about this device, but the video quality. I don't understand what's the point in car "black box" with video quality so bad, you cannot even read license plate of a car in front of you (in most cases). I am very disappointed.

I received this camera in May and the camera works just fine. It's the suction cup mount that is basically junk. The one that came with the camera broke where the rubber suction cup is mounted to the bracket. I went ahead and purchased another mount and that one just broke on me also in the same place. This can't be a coincidence but just poor design.

Luckily, I have a GPS and part of that bracket with the suction cup worked with the camera so I ordered another bracket from the GPS manufacture to use with my camera. The GPS bracket is about 1 1/2 years old and still works fine so I feel confident that the new bracket will give me the same reliable use.

Purchased this a little over a week ago. So far it is working well. It was easy to set up. The windshield suction mount is secure, though it requires some tightening/adjusting after driving on a rough road.

The video quality is decent during the day. The res isn't high enough to read license plates, but you can see the color of traffic lights. At night the quality is not as good; it is difficult to tell the color of lights, though you can still discern if the light is red or green by the position of the light (red on top, green on the bottom).

The camera is powered by the cigarette lighter and turns on automatically when you start the car. The power cord is plenty long enough for easy routing. The camera saves a new file every 5 minutes. When the camera saves one video file and begins writing the next file, the gap is less than a second.

The customer service for this company is really good. When I emailed tech support with a question they gave me a detailed response within an hour.
