Well I been installing surveillance equipment for couple of years, this is a good product but the technical and customer support is one of the worst out there.I'm still waiting for a answer about a question I have 1 month ago. So be aware of that if you can solve all the technical details by yourself go for it but if you need technical support,,,, you must be very very patience.
Is a good product interface is easy to use, great internet monitoring, once you figure out some details, you can also check cameras in iphone and ipad. No complains until now.
Also if you check the model in the advertising is different for the one they have in the manufacturer website I told Amazon about this.
