When I opened the package and took out the CD and I noticed it was defective from a visual look. I also noticed the package had been opened previously. When I tried to run the CD it would not run, therefore I could not install the drivers and or video playback software. I called the companies phone number and told them about the CD. I was told to email their customer service and let them know and they would take care of it. Since the 31st of Jan I've sent Three emails to their customer service and I've never received a reply. This item was sold by a merchant using amazon.com and was shipped by that merchant. Their NAME is BrainyDeal. Beware of dealings with this company if you want a good product or service look somewhere else! Since buying this item on Amazon I've found it on Ebay and elsewhere for a much cheaper price. I'm still trying to find the drivers for the camera. Just to much hassle to send it back to a company that won't even respond to customer support emails.

This dash-cam provides the HD video quality in HD down to 848 x 640 resolution. Be warned that the users manual is written poorly in broken English. But if you will contact the seller, they will send you a PDF that is much more coherent and user friendly. Also this unit is very light-weight and feels so fragile that you have to handle it kid's gloves. The first thing I did was purchase a padded carrying case for protection. All in all a fairly good deal for the price tag.

I ordered this a week or so ago... came quickly... the product itself is great... great video good sound... only thing is i cannot get the gps to work... other than that.. its a good cam
