B-Bop: Personal Digital Recorder

This was not what my daughter had in mind for my little granddaughter. She returned it to the company after receiving it. I understood that I would get a refund or at least credit on my credit card if the toy was returned.

Since my daughter had returned it US Postal Service, the company would not refund my money because there was no tracking number. This is rude and I will not do business with the company again. I contacted them a few times to try to get them to make it right, but no luck. I bought it in good faith and had to pay shipping too. Now I am out all the money with nothing. Not a good experience.

I bought this product at KB Toys for $6.99. Someone should do a price check. My 6 year old daughter loves it, and for the price it was a nice alternative to the MP3 player she really wanted.
