This mp3 player is a great little item. That is why I am giving it 5 stars. However the software that came with it is much to be desired. The instructions for using the software was written by a fifth grader (my guess). If you follow the instructions for loading up playlists, good luck! Mine just crashes. I tried three different computers with the same result. I finally figured out what to do and managed to load one playlist. That is the only one that ever loaded. Downloading music to the player is a snap. I finally gave in to placing the music into playlists via the touchscreen. Oh yeah, the video converter doesn't work either. I found one on the internet that does work nicely for the player. Again, the player is a good buy, just don't get your hopes up for nice software to go along with the player. I have spent hours working with the software and now I think I will just enjoy listening to my music.

I've had this Mp3 player for about a month now, all I can say is AWESOME! Love all the features and its pretty easy to get used to. UNBELIEVABLE battery life! Lasts forever on one charge! Would def. recommend this to anyone!

I bought this product and it worked perfectly. The screen responded immediately, the music comes out clear, and the product does not seem cheaply made. The price is perfect and music is extremely easy to download. Videos come out clear and the sound rocks.

Now for the bad...

The instruction manuel is very confusing. I only read the first section before giving up. But after that, I figured it out pretty good. Also, the screen has a little delay after using it for a week. But not enough to say it's bad.

Personally, I would say you get more for your money. I would reccomend this to anyone. You should buy this product.

Looks great but hard to use. The manual is rediculous. I finally found a number to get in touch with Sylvania and that was a joke. I needed to know how to download songs, and they couldn't give me any help. Very sorry excuse for customer service. Also, no website or phone number on any of the enclosed materials.
