I just sent this camera back!

When I opened the crisp box, I was expecting a crisp new camera like I had ordered. Instead, I received what looked like a refurbished unit. There is a scrape on the side of the camera and wear on one of the wire leads, which looks like it had been mounted and used before.

Never again with this company.

Easy and quick to install. Currently being used in a medical facility and works just fine for our use. The images were fine too.

Since this records infrared to blue, black shirts look extremely faded (because they don't absorb infrared.) Fantastically clear picture at night with minimal light. Fairly easy to install. (Recommend wrapping cord around lower piece when mounting to keep it from dropping. Did handle a drop to the ground, but not recommended. The only thing I wish this could do is pan and tilt. Price is fantastic. (sells for double on store shelves.)
