I was a little worried about my purchase because of the low price but was blown away by the quality and the ease of use. Cap it off with the very cool accessory pack (make sure you spend the extra 20-30 bucks for that) and you have everything you need to capture hight quality recordings anywhere under any conditions. I use my H1 to record song ideas and also make recoridngs of full band performances at live shows and rehersals. By far the best purchase I have ever made on a mobile recording device!

Wasn't sure what to make of this piece for the price and the mixed reviews around the net. I've used it at a few live gigs to record my cover band and it's MILES in front of anything we used prior. For the price, you can't beat the included accessory package either.

This is a great recorder for the price. I'm using my Zoom for one of my audio classes and I'd say the sound quality is better than the pricier Zoom H2 and the other really pricey Tascam recorders some people have in the class. I'd recommend getting the accessory package because the windscreen, headphones, and the attachable handle are really helpful when recording. I'd say the attachable handle is necessary for recordings because this recorder picks up EVERYTHING and without it you'll hear your hand touching the recorder during recordings :-/. This was a great buy.

I know absolutely nothing about audio equipment so the fact this this is user-friendly makes my life alot easier and I'm very happy with the quality of the recordings. There may be better recorders out there, but this one was great for my budget and works fantastic for my voice recordings, I have no complaints.

This contains all you need for great audio in your videos or music recording, i was searching for an accessory pack and this one is the BEST! you get 2 more cables (i know they are cheap) and the headphones to monitor audio (or present, or extra headphones) which is always great.
