I had my doubts about this machine, but I'm so glad I took the chance and purchased. Comes with 39 page manual that addresses various conditions and where to place pads for treatment. I had a little learning curve with placing the electrodes and which side should touch the body (smooth plastic side to body-metal side to sticky plaster side). And when moving plasters to different location, one electrode fell off w/o noticing. I thought the machine diedbut after finding the "lost" electrode and reattachingeverything worked just great. Then I recalled that the manual states, "both electrodes have to be placed onto the body surface". I didn't find a lot of user comments or any "how to" sites, but once I tried it out, it worked wonderfully. Check Amazon reviews for same product in different packagingfound more positive comments.

It is illegal and against Amazon sales policy to sell TENS unit without FDA class II, OTC for safety and effectiveness. Please post your FDA 510K numbers. The unit has very little adjustment for the different modes other than strength of the pulse, the pulse is very! Very! sharp. The different modes are nice… but they are not consistent it jumps around, what I mean is that the mode will start out with a relaxing rhythm and then change and so on. When it changes it can surprise you, not very relaxing. I would not buy again.
