I Love the Camera i recommend this camera to others as well, great resolution and i like the applications. I faced some problem in installation of the camera then i contacted Technical support Felix Anderson and he was very patient and efficient,overall great service...Thank you Foscam team!!!

I have purchased several of these cameras over the past two years and have found them reliable, however, the picture quality is not the best, the colors are very washed out and the overall picture quality is less than the best. The pan and tilt work well although, if you are going to invert the camera you may find that on some of these cameras left is right, I was very curious to find that is only happened on some of the newer ones. The installation is a bit trickey, however, not too redicklous. The cameras work well in low light conditions and can be mounted in outdoor housings if needed. If you are looking to have reliable security at a small price this is a good product, however, If you are looking for a camera that will give you much better picture quality and can afford it, go Panasonic!Great product! The camera's work great and are just as described. I had a little trouble with the installation directions. I am not terribly good at network issues, so I struggled a little to get them connected. Once I figured out the install, they are great.These cameras perform as expected and work very well in low light situations. Packaging is good but manual could be a little more detailed.I think I am a tech savy person and right off the bat I had problems with this product. After installing the software the first step is to locate icon on desktop and open to find IP address of the cmaera. The software never found the ip address. I turned off my firewall & disabled my anti-virus program (Lowering my computers security). I closed the IP tool page and re-launched it. Waited 15 minutes and it still did not find ip address of camera. I then ran windows compatiblity tool it stated the software works best with Windows XP SP2 I own Windows 7 64 bit OS. I the search the install disc for the right setup files and installed them. Finally the login window pop up and I got login but received black screen (No Video) I then hit the button to search for the camera the software still could not find ip address. So, I finally had given up after 2 days and contacted tech support (Foscam). I could not find a phone only email support ( Not Good) they responded rather quickly and provided a video of how to setup. Which is cool but I wanted to know why the software is not finding ip address. So, I was back to square one. Decided to use port-forwarding and configured it on my wireless router (Linksys) and configured a static ip addresses for all of my wireless devices day 4 and still no success. I manually configured the ip address for my camera. I hit the connection button error message said, "Connection Failed". It was now day 5 and I decided to return to Amazon which was very easy with no strings I rate this product -10 LOL
