I initially rated this purchase as poor as the machine quit working within 3 hours of operation, but the company has sent a replacement item and so I regard this purchase as very good.

At this time I am giving Samsung a poor rating for not having the 6ft HDMI Cable in the box with the player. I had to e-mail the company for the cable. However, I did receive the cable within 3 days of notication. I have not connected the player as of today. I will update this if I am pleased.
