I owned this same camcorder before. The old one quit unexpectedly. I've taken some video with this one. It appears the same as the other. Wind noise makes sound recording impossible over about 25mph. The video is a little pixillated and choppy if there is a lot of vibration. Having said that, it does record what is going on. I have a mount on my motorcycle helmet, and one on my bicycle handlebars. I like to record bicycle rides best. The video gives a good feel for being there. If I continue to use this one, eventually I'll probable upgrade to a higher megapixal.
