This is one of the worst products I've bought in a long time. Maybe I just got a lemon, but how incredibly frustrating. The buttons don't do what they're supposed to according to the manual. The EQ button turns down the volume. The DOWN button increases the volume. The M button is pause/play. Every other button does some function different than the manual states that it should. This makes it REALLY difficult to use this player. Once I put some music on there, I can't get back to the main menu. There are supposed to be other functions, like video and photo viewing, as well as system settings, but I can't get there anymore.

I ordered this item in pink and when i recieved it the mp3 player was blue... Altho im very dissapointed in the face tht it came to me in the wrong color overall the product was good.. easy to use,, good sound,, ect

I brought two of these one for my bf and the other for me. we are happy with it. love the hold button because the pad is very senstive. downloading is easy can put music in folders and what not.
