the first one arrived with missing parts. The company did replace it , however this camera's screen kept freezing. Cannot use it. Also the do not clearly tell you on the package that you need to make an additional purchase of a sd card. Called company that "warranties" it, they referred me back to the seller.

I purchased one for my 3 year old for Christmas and he loved it. It stopped working, so I called Sakar International and they did an excellent job. Strongly recommend this company.
