I use the recorder in my work. After a couple of dozen recordings, plugging and unplugging the equipment, the rubber sheathing pulled away from the plug entering the recorder, leaving the wires exposed. It was not handled roughly. The cord simply should have been stronger and better attached to the plug.
I have enjoyed using my Olympus Recorder for about a year now. However, the pattern of my work life requires that I recharge my electronics at night. When I purchased the recorder, it came with a USB type charger that uses computer power to recharge the unit. The unit would often lose power when I was no where near a computer. Not convenient at all. I finally found this charger and was all too glad to order it. Great price, quick service, protective packing, fits my recorder perfectly. Problem solved! Thanks!
