I got this about 4 weeks ago i was very excited, it works its a basic Mp3 Player for the price, 8 gigs is great, the only main issue with it is it Turns off by itself in the middle of a video or a song, so i gave tech support a call and they walked me through the settings and got it fixed. very simple. Its a good unit for the price i'm still Happy with the Purchase
