HD Video Camera Pen

My primary complaint about this product is that it came with very poorly written and confusing instructions. I decided to figure it out on my own but because my computer didn't recognize the Pen, I was unable to see either way if I was using it correctly.

I also had to download the driver twice. The first time failed to install correctly and my second attempt installed without error, but my computer still didn't recognize it. Because of this I was unable to view the quality of the video.

I contacted the manufacturer tech support but it took too long to get a reply; and the reply I did receive was of no help to me. I also visited the website to see if there were drivers and a manual available, but none existed for this product.

I returned the pen because it isn't worth the trouble. If I had received the proper support then I would've kept it. The pen is nice looking, a little on the heavy side, and the parts are of good quality. Unless you're already familiar with this type of device, I don't recommend it.
