I got this product and an extra camera for our two children. The picture, sound and reception are great in the day and mostly at night. The night vision is very finicky in both cameras and there's no way to make it choose one or the other. It has flashed on and off at times, or won't change to night vision at all at times, usually fixed by turning the camera on and off (which is a pain without waking a sleeping child). The split screen doesn't let you choose how many cameras to see, it automatically chooses four, which makes the picture really small, but there is a rolling function that changes cameras every 10 seconds. Unfortunately this function causes the parent unit to cut in/out as it switches and would be very annoying if you were sleeping. There are a lot of functions we won't use like the video/picture capture and the 2 way radio but it was included so it's nice if you want those features. The night light we will use to look for lost soothers in the night. The temperature isn't too accurate but it gives you an estimate (our two cameras are only a room apart and they read 2 degrees celcius different.Overall good product, hope it holds out longer than our previous monitor (3 years). I will be taking it back if the night vision keeps acting up though.
