Within a couple of minutes, I had this camera installed and ready to use. It powers on when I turn on the car because it's plugged into an ignition-controlled power port, and powers off a few seconds after I shut it off.The video quality is good and it has a wide field of view. The audio recording is good too.
I have not connected the second camera yet.
There are options to control how long each video segment is before it rolls over to the next. I have it set to 1 minute.

For all the claims advertised with this product, it would fail to achieve the status of a paper weight. This is about the worst car dash cam I have ever seen. Whatever you do, don't throw out the packaging before you try it, as you'll need it for a refund.This is the worst product known to man, and the two positive reviews are pulled from someone's rear end.
