We ordered the batteries as an "Add On" as we were ordering an electronic item for our granddaughter. The premis of the "add on" was that it would be shipped at the same time so as to lower the cost of shipping. The batteries were sent seperately and arrived the day after the rest of the gift. Good thing she waited until her actual birthday to open her gift. I suppose this is more of a customer service complant that a review of the product it's self.
