it keeps asking for a dongle and a dongle did not come with it.

I have multiple multi-region DVD's and so far everyone that I tried has worked. Also, my US Blue-rays worked perfectly. In addition, I was able to connect the player via wired connection to Netflix and it worked great. I was impressed with the support from the seller. I emailed the seller with questions around the connection to the internet and possible affects on the firmware, the seller replied within 2 hours providing clarification. Only downside is the remote is very small, with small buttons which causes issues with navigating menu's (especially in Netflix). I reccomend this player for multi-region DVDs and Blueray discs.

Never thought I would be able to watch movies from different zones. I have so many movies from Europe and until a month ago they were just stored, nicely, in the cabinet. No longer.
