got this for my daughter and it worked for 3 hours, sent it back and got a new one, this lasted for 2 weeks, this was never dropped or abused, they are junk don't buy

I bought at the site, and request to deliver at my hotel in Orlando, considering that I am a turist and I will stay for few days in US. The item arrived in my last day, I out it in my bag, and traveled back to home. When I arrived at home to open the item, it never worked. The screen has a problem and did not show anything. The problem now is that i have to send back to Amazin and pay the amolst the same amount of the cost, just to ship. So I will keep my never work mp3 with me....

I am in disagreement with the Ematyic E4 Series received , the Digital Video Recording and Digital 5MP Full-Sized they are out of service, he does not gain images, I only can see a green screen. I sent an email to Ematic and the answer that they gave me was not useful for me. I am very angry because I purchased a bad-quality product and I do not have suitable answer from Ematic. Can Amazon make anything to solve my problem?
