I am a one person-professional business that keeps two typists busy all week, transcribing. It was finally time to give up my micro-cassette dictation/transcribing system. The typists kept having to ask me what I had said because the quality was not clear, I was going through batteries at a high rate, and then we couldn't find any more micro-cassettes because the factory temporarily closed. I bought two sets of this Phililps digital system so each of my typists could have a foot pedal for their PC, and I have two dictating handsets. In an hour I had the whole thing set up, and now I e-mail the dictations to the typists. We have had no complaints. It was easy, and better than what we had before. I think this is a great, not expensive, system.
