ME-24D+DCGO: i.Trek 2.75" Suction Mount for Compact Digital Camera, GoPro HD Hero 1 2 3 Camera, Con

I got this for when flying, I had trouble with it when i first tested it out on my car the suction did not wont to stay but every time i tried the mount it would stay on longer.When flying and someone suggested wetting the suction cup and it worked through the whole flight with some turbulence and stall practice, the way you have to twist the suction cup can be hard to do. I put mine on the top of windshield in a cessna 172 and it difficult to do, also the ball joint the moves around on mine is hard to tighten and will not stand straight up like in the picture mine keeps falling but i did manage to make it stay in place on its side. I kinda knew what i was getting for the money mine just came in a little plastic bag with no instructions. I have not tired this on the outside of my jeep but may give it a shot
