I originally picked this headset up due to the great reviewsit seemed to be the best one I could find for the price. I used this headset for a wellness company where I worked in customer service from home using it approximately 50-70 hours a week. I had a lot of issues with it picking up background noise or times when clients could not hear me very well. I also didn't find them to be very comfortable after hours of use as they seemed to be really compressing my ears with little padding. You are supposed to be able to use the microphone boom from either side of the headset but just after 6 months of use, the wiring in it wore out and it no longer works.Save 83% Off
