I bought this as an early Christmas gift for my wife. She always wanted one that you could plug right into the computer. She is a music teacher and does a lot of work at our church with the children. You can imagine that at this time of the year she wanted something that she could use to record her plays and musicals with. She loves it and she says the picture is incredible even when displaying it on a smart board at school. It doesn't tell you this in the description but you can even mount this baby on a tripod and also holds a SD card. Cudos to Sylvania and also to amazon for the early delivery!
