This cable is NOT the correct USB cable for the JVC Everio HDD Camcorder that was advertised. It does not connect to the GZ or G models!

I have a JVC Everio camcorder, GZ series. I ordered this cable based upon only two ratings; however, figured the higher price relative to other cables being advertised on Amazon was probably indicative of quality.

Unfortunately, the cable shipped does not interface with my GZ series camcorder.

The product that was provided is most certainly NOT compatible with the JVC Everio HDD Camcorder model GZ-MG130U to which I am trying to connect. Product was delivered in a timely manner, but given the inaccurate product description, I will not meet my deadline. Bummer.
